Controls for Fallout 4 are listed here. The are shown for each console as well as PC.
A small external script to enable toggle aiming. Steady is a consumable item in Fallout: New Vegas. A combat drug made from unknown chemicals, it provides the user with a steady aim that makes it impossible to miss in sharpshooting, perfect for snipers lining themselves up for the perfect shot. Due to the potency and untested nature of the drug, however, it is also highly addictive. It's just like any other toggle aim setting in other FPS games. The only difference is that it doesn't need to be in any game to work. (Side-effect of AHK) Like I said, it's rudimentary and basic af. And I wouldn't know how a mod author would solve those 'conflicts' because I'm not someone who knows how to do that thing. The issue with external iron sight toggle is that Fallout 4 engine doesn't allow the use of Pip-Boy or favorites bindings/menu while aiming down sight. So unless someone resolves this engine limitation it's imo simply not worth it.

How to Wait
Waiting is a little different than in past games where you could select the method via a button press. Now to wait, you must find a piece of furniture that you do NOT own and sit, which will allow you to initiate a wait period.
The following chapter contains the default controls used in Fallout 76. From here you will learn the button layout for all of the platforms - PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Learning the controls of the game will allow you to quickly familiarize yourself with it and start your adventure in the post-apocalyptic world of Fallout.
